Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (Junior to Senior levels).
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure regular updates to stakeholders.
• Handle offer management, negotiation, documentation, and onboarding support.
• Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, UI, Data, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
