(Applicants from Thane and Navi Mumbai are not eligible)Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 &ndash; ₹40,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Annual CTC: ₹3.96 &ndash; ₹5.26 lakhs</li></ul>(Includes Diwali bonus equal to one month&rsquo;s salary and ₹520/month beverage allowance)<ul><li>Perks:</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Leave Encashment as per policy</li><li>Supportive team and process-driven work environment</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>End-to-end exposure in domestic and export accounting</li><li>Direct handling of GST, DGFT, ICEGATE, and banking compliance</li><li>Ownership of accounts, documentation, and systems&mdash;not just data entry</li><li>Career stability and long-term learning in a growth-focused export company</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Finance (Tally ERP/Prime and Excel)<ul><li>Maintain full books: bank reconciliations, voucher entries, ledgers, petty cash</li><li>Prepare proforma, domestic, and export invoices (multi-currency)</li><li>GST compliance: File GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, and reconcile monthly</li><li>TDS filing and basic income tax working</li><li>Finalize P&amp;L, trial balance, and assist in audit preparation</li><li>Track export refunds, LUTs, and capital gain records</li></ul>Tally ERP / Prime<ul><li>Master creation, ledger entries, receipts, and payments</li><li>Handle depreciation schedules and reconcile balances</li><li>Generate reports, manage inventory costing, and support audit queries</li></ul>Export Documentation, DGFT, and Logistics<ul><li>Prepare pre- and post-shipment documentation</li><li>File LUTs, eBRCs, and track shipments via ICEGATE</li><li>Coordinate with DGFT for IEC, RODTEP, Advance Authorization, and license tracking</li><li>Handle e-way bills, export insurance, packing lists, and cargo coordination</li><li>Reconcile FIRC/BRC and submit to banks and auditors as required</li></ul>Digital Tools and Reporting<ul><li>Maintain shared folders and organize cloud and physical records</li><li>Build templates and automate basic reports in Excel or Google Sheets</li><li>Use web research and digital tools to streamline GST and DGFT compliance tracking</li></ul>Admin and Operations Support<ul><li>Oversee internal documentation systems and filing</li><li>Assist with internal coordination and process audits</li><li>Suggest and implement accounting or documentation process improvements</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and export documentation</li><li>Strong working knowledge of GST, DGFT portals, and ICEGATE</li><li>Proficient in Tally ERP (9 or Prime) and Excel/Google Sheets</li><li>Well-organized, dependable, and fluent in English</li><li>Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)<ul><li>Experience in trading, manufacturing, or export environments</li><li>Familiarity with RODTEP, Advance Authorization, and export incentives</li><li>Experience supporting CA teams and handling audit documentation</li><li>Exposure to digital documentation and compliance systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your daily commute time to Amarex Location ( 1 way)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
