Position: Senior Accountant cum Admin
Location: Apollo Industrial Estate, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance (Tally ERP/Prime and Excel)
- Maintain full books: bank reconciliations, voucher entries, ledgers, petty cash
- Prepare proforma, domestic, and export invoices (multi-currency)
- GST compliance: File GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, and reconcile monthly
- TDS filing and basic income tax working
- Finalize P&L, trial balance, and assist in audit preparation
- Track export refunds, LUTs, and capital gain records
Tally ERP / Prime
- Master creation, ledger entries, receipts, and payments
- Handle depreciation schedules and reconcile balances
- Generate reports, manage inventory costing, and support audit queries
Export Documentation, DGFT, and Logistics
- Prepare pre- and post-shipment documentation
- File LUTs, eBRCs, and track shipments via ICEGATE
- Coordinate with DGFT for IEC, RODTEP, Advance Authorization, and license tracking
- Handle e-way bills, export insurance, packing lists, and cargo coordination
- Reconcile FIRC/BRC and submit to banks and auditors as required
Digital Tools and Reporting
- Maintain shared folders and organize cloud and physical records
- Build templates and automate basic reports in Excel or Google Sheets
- Use web research and digital tools to streamline GST and DGFT compliance tracking
Admin and Operations Support
- Oversee internal documentation systems and filing
- Assist with internal coordination and process audits
- Suggest and implement accounting or documentation process improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and export documentation
- Strong working knowledge of GST, DGFT portals, and ICEGATE
- Proficient in Tally ERP (9 or Prime) and Excel/Google Sheets
- Well-organized, dependable, and fluent in English
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or export environments
- Familiarity with RODTEP, Advance Authorization, and export incentives
- Experience supporting CA teams and handling audit documentation
- Exposure to digital documentation and compliance systems
