<div>We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Lead &amp; Demand Generation Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Paid Campaigns, along with a deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution<ul>
<li>
Develop and manage a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company revenue goals.</li>
<li>SEM- Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting, YouTube) to maximize ROI.</li>
<li>Plan and execute LinkedIn paid campaigns, including sponsored content syndication, InMail, and audience targeting strategies.</li>
<li>Identify and test new paid channels, campaign types, and creative formats to improve performance.</li>
<li>Build HubSpot landing pages for campaigns with key message for conversation and form fill</li>
<li>Webinar platform and webinar series planning</li>
<li>Effectively target the right personas and technology influencers for each campaign and industry</li>
</ul>
Lead Management &amp; Nurturing<ul>
<li>
Build campaigns to capture, qualify, and nurture leads through the buyer&rsquo;s journey.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, proper follow-up, and accurate attribution tracking.</li>
Implement lead scoring models and improve MQL<li> SQL conversion rates</li>
</ul>
Performance Tracking &amp; Optimization<ul>
<li>
Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).</li>
<li>Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Automated report set-up in Hubspot</li>
</ul>
Cross-functional Collaboration<ul>
<li>
Work with cross-function team on website and messaging improvements to help drive conversation.</li>
<li>Recommend content, tools and resources to create to support conversation in campaigns &ndash; infographic, webinars, listicles, white papers, industry briefs, and more.</li>
</ul>
Events Management<ul>
<li>
Plans and organizes corporate conference like GTC, Supercomputing, etc.
</li><li>Manage budgets, venues, and vendors to onsite and shipping logistics timelines, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Pre and post communications tied with each conference as well as training of the sales team on conference foundational matters (Know Before You Go documents).
</li><li>Comfortable with managing multiple details, communications, and problem-solving.
</li></ul>Communications and Social Media:
<ul><li>Developing and curating content for social media</li>
<li>Help define ongoing best practices across social channels to increase readership</li>
<li>Creating compelling emails for customer and prospect outreach</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with product management, content marketing, and graphics teams for utilization in communications.</li>
<li>Ownership of communications calendar and ongoing planning</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul>
<li>
5-7 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in lead/demand generation.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets through paid channels.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and attribution tools.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).</li>
<li>BA/BS in Business or Marketing</li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience
<ul><li>Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) principles.</li>
<li>Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.</li>
<li>Experience in AI and HPC marketing</li>
<li>Experience in rack-level systems marketing</li>
<li>MBA or Masters in Marketing</li>
</ul>
