Graphic and Website Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, modern-marketer to join our collaborative team. This role combines strong visual design skills with website management expertise to deliver engaging brand experiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design software, website structure and development, and digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

Graphics Design:

• Design and produce high-quality and modern visuals for events, digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and print collateral.
• Develop infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics to support marketing and communication strategies.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines as they evolve and brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with your management and peers to conceptualize creative ideas.

Website Management and Maintenance:

• Manage and update the company website using a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
• Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, coordinating with IT/development teams when necessary.
• Monitor website analytics and performance, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.

Digital Marketing Support:

• Assist with creating digital assets for paid media campaigns, newsletters, and product launches as relevant.
• Optimize images, layouts, and design elements for web and mobile platforms and digital displays for events
• Stay current on industry design trends, web standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design
• Experience with motion graphics and editing (Adobe Premiere, Capcut, etc.)
• 2+ years of professional experience in both graphic design and website management.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalent.
• Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., Ghost.io, WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, or Shopify).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of AI augmented workflows and the importance of the AI tools for efficiency.

Preferred:

• Have AI and HPC systems and solutions background.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development.
• Ability to assist with event and tradeshow photography and videography

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $95,000. This can be subject to change based on the candidate's skillset and experience level.
