This role goes beyond traditional social media management&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be a driving force behind our marketing strategies, bringing fresh ideas and bold initiatives to the table.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Podcast Management: Organize and manage podcast production, including booking guest interviews and coordinating schedules.</li><li>Social Media Strategy &amp; Management: Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) with engaging content and a cohesive strategy.</li><li>Content Creation Oversight: Manage content creators, develop captions, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.</li><li>Video Content: Post on YouTube, create timestamps for reels and shorts, and optimize content for reach and engagement.</li><li>Marketing Objectives: Collaborate on strategies to achieve marketing goals, develop innovative campaigns, and monitor success.</li><li>Event Research: Identify and book speaking opportunities to increase brand visibility.</li><li>Fresh Ideas: Continuously bring creative and effective marketing ideas to the table.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Passion for Marketing: Must LOVE marketing and be excited about new challenges.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: Proficient with marketing tools, social platforms, and content management systems.</li><li>Strong Communication Skills: Highly communicative and able to collaborate effectively with team members.</li><li>Self-Managing: Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, staying organized and proactive.</li><li>Experience with Strategy Development: Skilled at creating content plans and executing on marketing objectives.</li><li>In-Office Role: Must be available to work on-site from 9:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 30 per weekWork Location: In person
