This multifaceted role combines delivering exceptional in-store experiences with managing and elevating the social media presence for the Paso Robles location.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience<ul><li>Work as a team to deliver an excellent service experience for clients at all times.</li><li>Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection by being highly focused on delivering exceptional, engaging, and personalized customer experiences.</li><li>Clientele customers with confidence, sharing key styling tips, event updates, and product knowledge.</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting company values and aesthetic.</li><li>Grow the client base by building and strengthening customer relationships and fostering loyalty.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms specific to the Paso Robles location.</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales Director and Buying Team to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and events.</li><li>Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build brand loyalty.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve reach and engagement.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends to ensure Ambiance maintains a fresh and relevant online presence.</li></ul>Sales and Strategy<ul><li>Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations through exceptional service and strategic efforts.</li><li>Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.</li><li>Support Retail Orbit sales goals and objectives through events, service, and marketing efforts.</li><li>Maintain brand awareness and knowledge to effectively share the value of in-store products.</li><li>Provide feedback to the Buying Team on product performance and trends.</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining operational excellence.</li><li>Become an expert on Heartland POS, LP controls, and the daily store standards checklist.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams within the company to maintain seamless operations.</li></ul>Marketing and Events<ul><li>Collaborate on in-store marketing promotions and digital strategies to drive traffic and sales.</li><li>Engage with the local community via events and social media platforms, aligning with marketing strategies and initiatives.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing in-store events and experiences.</li></ul>Measurements of Success<ul><li>Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales goals.</li><li>Growth in units per transaction and dollars per transaction metrics.</li><li>Expansion and retention of the client database.</li><li>Social media engagement and follower growth.</li><li>Positive feedback on social media content and customer interactions.</li></ul>If you are passionate about fashion, enjoy connecting with people in-store and online, and excel in creating engaging content and unforgettable shopping experiences, Ambiance is the perfect place to grow your career.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
