Position: Luxury Stylist & Social Media Ambassador

Reports To: Sales Director, Assistant Sales Director

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong awareness of relevant brands, luxury products, and lifestyle trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment.

Job Statement

The Luxury Stylist & Social Media Ambassador is responsible for embodying the Ambiance Mission Statement: to be the number one choice among retailers for our core customer. This multifaceted role combines delivering exceptional in-store experiences with managing and elevating the social media presence for the Paso Robles location.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience

  • Work as a team to deliver an excellent service experience for clients at all times.
  • Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection by being highly focused on delivering exceptional, engaging, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Clientele customers with confidence, sharing key styling tips, event updates, and product knowledge.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting company values and aesthetic.
  • Grow the client base by building and strengthening customer relationships and fostering loyalty.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms specific to the Paso Robles location.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Buying Team to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and events.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends to ensure Ambiance maintains a fresh and relevant online presence.

Sales and Strategy

  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations through exceptional service and strategic efforts.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
  • Support Retail Orbit sales goals and objectives through events, service, and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain brand awareness and knowledge to effectively share the value of in-store products.
  • Provide feedback to the Buying Team on product performance and trends.

Operational Excellence

  • Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Become an expert on Heartland POS, LP controls, and the daily store standards checklist.
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the company to maintain seamless operations.

Marketing and Events

  • Collaborate on in-store marketing promotions and digital strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Engage with the local community via events and social media platforms, aligning with marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store events and experiences.

Measurements of Success

  • Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales goals.
  • Growth in units per transaction and dollars per transaction metrics.
  • Expansion and retention of the client database.
  • Social media engagement and follower growth.
  • Positive feedback on social media content and customer interactions.
