Mid-Level Design Leader (5-10 Years&rsquo; Experience)Role Overview We are hiring a Mid-Level Design Leader who can independently manage projects, lead client discussions, and ensure accurate design documentation while coordinating closely with consultants and site teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead design pitches, proposals &amp; RFP responses including concepts &amp; layouts.2. Respond and present to prospective clients &amp; pitch for new projects.3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and manage approvals.4. Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, vendors &amp; project teams.5. Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent.6. Mentor mid &amp; junior design team members.Key Requirements* Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design * 5-10 years&rsquo; experience in corporate interiors * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp &amp; MS Office * Strong detailing &amp; material knowledge * Good communication &amp; time-management skillsJunior Design Leader (1-5 Years&rsquo; Experience)Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Design Leader proficient in working drawings and coordination, capable of supporting client interactions and site requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare layouts &amp; complete working drawing sets2. Support concept development &amp; senior presentations3. Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors &amp; site teams4. Conduct site visits &amp; resolve drawing-related queries5. Maintain document standards, accuracy &amp; revision logsKey Requirements * Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design * 1-5 years&rsquo; experience in corporate interiors * Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp preferred) * Strong detailing &amp; material understanding * Good communication &amp; coordination skillsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
