Job TitleMid&#8209;Level .NET Core Developer (3&ndash;4 years) &mdash; ERP ModulesRole summaryWe are seeking a pragmatic Mid&#8209;Level .NET Core Developer with 3&ndash;4 years of hands&#8209;on experience building ERP modules. You will implement backend services, translate complex business workflows into reliable code, integrate with third&#8209;party systems, and collaborate with QA, product, and DevOps to deliver end&#8209;to&#8209;end ERP functionality.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.</li><li>Implement ERP module functionality such as inventory, sales order, procurement, manufacturing, and finance.</li><li>Translate user stories and business rules into technical designs, tasks, and testable code.</li><li>Build and validate integrations with external systems, middleware, and APIs; implement robust error handling and retry logic.</li><li>Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for SQL Server.</li><li>Collaborate with QA to define acceptance criteria, support automated and manual testing, and troubleshoot defects.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve system maintainability and performance.</li><li>Create deployment/runbooks for staging environments, and assist in platform troubleshooting.</li><li>Produce clear technical documentation, API specifications, and runbooks for cross&#8209;team use.</li></ul>Required skills and experience<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years professional experience with .NET Core (ASP.NET Core) and C#.</li><li>Practical experience developing ERP modules or working on complex business applications with multi&#8209;module workflows.</li><li>Strong REST API design skills and familiarity with authentication patterns (JWT, OAuth, 2FA concepts).</li><li>Proficient in SQL Server, writing optimized queries, and basic database design and migration practices.</li><li>Experience with source control (Git) and standard branch/PR workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit) and writing testable code.</li><li>Solid debugging and performance troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Clear verbal and written communication and proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.</li></ul>Good to have<ul><li>Experience with PowerBuilder / Appeon for legacy UI migration or integration projects.</li><li>Proficiency with Entity Framework Core and managing migrations.</li><li>Exposure to message queues or event&#8209;driven patterns (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker).</li><li>Frontend familiarity with Angular or React to support full&#8209;stack collaboration.</li><li>Prior exposure to financial posting, costing, or ledger flows within ERP systems.</li></ul>Education and logistics<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Willingness to overlap core team hours; remote on&#8209;site</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Hands&#8209;on exposure to end&#8209;to&#8209;end ERP product development and integrations.</li><li>Mentorship from senior engineers and a clear path to senior or architect roles.</li><li>Competitive compensation, flexible work options, and learning support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
