Female Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Female Upwork Bidder who can help us consistently generate and close projects on Upwork while also supporting project coordination, client communication, and business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Hunt daily for relevant Upwork projects related to:
- Video Editing
- 2D & 3D Animation
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Webflow/Framer/GHL
- CMS Solutions
- UI/UX Design (plus point)
- Write highly personalized, professional, and high-converting proposals
- Handle initial client communication, requirement gathering, lead qualification, and deal closing before handing projects over to the development team
- Maintain proper follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Manage Upwork profiles efficiently to improve response rates and conversion
- Support in business process improvements and automation initiatives where needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven Upwork bidding experience with successful closed deals
- Excellent speaking & written English communication skills with a professional and consultative approach
- Strong understanding of:
- 2D & 3D Animation services
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Webflow
- CMS platforms
- UI/UX design
- Good knowledge of Upwork algorithms, connects strategy, JSS optimization, and platform best practices
- Strong organizational, communication skills & Calling skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
