Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, client outreach, and developing new business opportunities with local and international clients.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, building relationships, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, Facebook, and other digital platforms
• Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role
• Proven experience in cold calling and client outreach
• Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate confidently with international clients through calls and virtual meetings
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
• Experience in real estate, architecture, CGI, or digital services is a plus
