Management Trainee Officer - Sales

Job Description:<ul><li>Identify &amp; generate leads through social media, databases, web scraping &amp; online platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.</li><li>Initiate outbound calls, mainly in the GCC region, achieving weekly targets.</li><li>Generate qualified leads, arrange weekly meetings, and hand them over to the sales team.</li><li>Achieve monthly targets as per the KPIs.</li><li>Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms for content sharing &amp; brand engagement</li><li>Participate in video marketing &amp; promotional content as the face of Pixarch when needed.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Strong understanding of business strategy and market development.</li><li>Excellent English communication, research, and presentation skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>6 months to 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.</li><li>Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms is a plus.</li><li>Social media savvy with strong online communication skills.</li><li>Presentable, energetic, and comfortable appearing on camera.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
