We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in agencies like Pixarch and a strong network in the real estate industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and manage new business opportunities within the real estate sector.</li><li>Pitch and sell marketing solutions (3D renders, walkthroughs, branding, digital marketing, etc.).</li><li>Build strong relationships with real estate developers and agencies in Dubai.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Understand client needs and tailor strategic marketing solutions accordingly.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
