About the Role

Pixarch is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified B2B leads and book meetings with prospective clients across the GCC market (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and cold calling, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads within the GCC market.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn Outreach.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for prospecting and lead generation.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce Pixarch's services and schedule qualified meetings.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Maintain accurate CRM and lead records.
• Meet monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Experience targeting clients in the GCC market is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
