We are looking for an Outbound Lead Generation / GTM Specialist who can help us find, research, engage, and generate qualified leads for a video editing and animation agency.
This is a mid-level role suited for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, SDR work, or B2B outreach. You should be comfortable working independently, finding real prospects, studying their business, identifying pain points, and starting meaningful conversations across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, Vimeo, YouTube creator communities, and founder/startup communities.
The goal is simple: build a consistent pipeline of qualified SaaS, AI, tech, startup, digital product, e-commerce, and content-driven leads who need video production, editing, motion graphics, or animation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads in SaaS, AI, startups, tech, digital products, e-commerce, media, and software companies that actively use or need video content.
- Find founders, CEOs, CMOs, content leads, marketing heads, and decision-makers who manage video or creative production budgets.
- Use LinkedIn for prospecting, profile research, commenting, connection requests, and direct outreach.
- Use Reddit to find relevant conversations and communities without spamming.
- Explore Threads, X/Twitter, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, BetaList, YC companies, and startup directories for lead discovery.
- Use Vimeo, YouTube, and creative communities to identify companies actively investing in video, animation, or motion content.
- Build and maintain clean, organized lead lists.
- Write personalized outreach messages based on prospect research and their current video content gaps.
- Track outreach activity, replies, follow-ups, and lead status using CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Help test different outreach angles, hooks, ICPs, and messaging around video and animation services.
- Report daily activity, qualified leads, replies, booked calls, and key insights.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, SDR, or appointment setting.
- Good written English with the ability to write human, personalized messages — not templates or spam.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and basic outbound workflows.
- Basic understanding of ICP, buyer personas, pain points, and lead qualification.
- Ability to spot companies that are underserving their video content needs or scaling their content production.
- Comfortable organizing lead data in spreadsheets or basic CRM tools.
- Able to work independently, stay consistent, and meet weekly activity targets.
- Willingness to test new platforms, messaging styles, and outreach approaches.

Experience Required
- 1–2 years in lead generation, outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or GTM support.
- Some experience generating leads for agencies, creative services, SaaS, or B2B businesses is preferred.
- Exposure to international markets such as USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Middle East is must.
What We Are Looking For
We are not looking for someone who sends mass connection requests or copy-paste messages.
We need someone who has developed enough outbound instincts to research a prospect properly, understand their context, and reach out in a way that feels relevant and human.
You don't need to have everything figured out, but you should have a real feel for outbound, be coachable, and be willing to improve your approach based on results.
Daily / Weekly Expectations
- Find and qualify a set number of leads daily.
- Engage with relevant posts, video communities, and startup spaces.
- Send personalized outreach messages referencing the prospect's current content or video gaps.
- Track all activity consistently.
- Follow up with warm leads.
- Share weekly insights on what is and isn't working.
Success Metrics
- Number of qualified leads found.
- Quality of lead research and data accuracy.
- Number of meaningful conversations started.
- Positive reply rate.
- Meetings or calls booked.
- Consistency of daily outreach activity.
- Improvement in messaging over time based on feedback and results.
