Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT services, software solutions, web development, mobile applications, cloud services, or digital transformation solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to sales strategies and business development plans.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with technical, project management, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions.
- Ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
