Brand Republic is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. We are looking for a proactive professional with 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, lead generation, and client acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Upwork marketplace and be capable of winning projects for web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, graphic design, video production, digital marketing, SEO, content writing, branding, and other technology-driven services.

What You'll Do

• Search and identify high-potential projects on the Upwork platform
• Draft customized, persuasive proposals tailored to each client's requirements
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into long-term clients
• Communicate with international clients to understand project scope and business needs
• Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets professionally
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers to prepare accurate project estimates
• Manage client follow-ups and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Optimize the Upwork profile and bidding strategy to improve project win rates
• Meet monthly business development and revenue targets

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding or online business development
• Excellent written English and proposal writing skills
• Strong understanding of the Upwork marketplace, bidding strategies, and client communication
• Knowledge of digital services, software development, and creative solutions
• Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining quality and response time
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience selling services related to Web Development, WordPress, CMS, UI/UX Design, Mobile Apps, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Animation, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Content Writing
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and sales reporting is an advantage
