Job Location: Kamsoft Technologies, Karachi (On-Site)
Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Experience: Minimum 12 Months
Salary Package: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)

Key Responsibilities
Generate business opportunities through Upwork.
Prepare customized proposals and manage the complete bidding process.
Handle Upwork account management and client communications.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions.

Requirements
Minimum 12 months of hands-on experience in Upwork Bidding and Account Management.
Strong technical understanding of Web Development and Mobile App Development.
Shopify knowledge is mandatory.
Previous International Call Center or Sales experience will be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and client relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
