We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist (US Market)

Bilal Arsalan & Co. – Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing Business Development team.

If you have a proven track record of generating business in the US market, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
• Promote the firm's Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxation, Audit, and Advisory services.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales activity reports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven business development or sales experience in the US market.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Location: Karachi
