Let us be the first step in your child's journey towards a bright and promising future.```Duties:```- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities through play for infant/toddler and preschool-aged children.- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in the classroom- Manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment```Requirements:```- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.-Wiling to undergo background check.- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting (preferred).- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices based on New York State Laws and Regulations.- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
