```Duties:```
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities through play for infant/toddler and preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in the classroom
- Manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
```Requirements:```
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
-Wiling to undergo background check.
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices based on New York State Laws and Regulations.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
