Job Title: Office Administrator (RTA &amp; Insurance Coordinator)Location: UAE Industry: Automobile / Auto Repair / TradingJob Summary:We are looking for a responsible and experienced Office Administrator who can independently handle RTA-related transactions and vehicle insurance processes while managing daily office administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all RTA transactions (vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, fines, inspections, plate issues, etc.).</li><li>Process and coordinate vehicle insurance (new policies, renewals, claims follow-up).</li><li>Liaise with insurance companies and customers regarding documentation and approvals.</li><li>Prepare and maintain proper records of vehicles, insurance, and RTA documents.</li><li>Manage office documentation and filing system.</li><li>Coordinate with PRO for any government-related work if required.</li><li>Prepare reports and update management regularly.</li><li>Assist in HR and basic accounting support if needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in RTA and insurance handling.</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and RTA procedures.</li><li>Experience in automobile workshop/trading company preferred.</li><li>Good communication skills (English &amp; Hindi; Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with insurance claim processing.</li><li>Knowledge of Tasjeel / Shamil systems.</li><li>Strong coordination and follow-up skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
