Job Title: Office Administrator (RTA & Insurance Coordinator)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Office Administrator who can independently handle RTA-related transactions and vehicle insurance processes while managing daily office administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all RTA transactions (vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, fines, inspections, plate issues, etc.).
- Process and coordinate vehicle insurance (new policies, renewals, claims follow-up).
- Liaise with insurance companies and customers regarding documentation and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain proper records of vehicles, insurance, and RTA documents.
- Manage office documentation and filing system.
- Coordinate with PRO for any government-related work if required.
- Prepare reports and update management regularly.
- Assist in HR and basic accounting support if needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in RTA and insurance handling.
- Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and RTA procedures.
- Experience in automobile workshop/trading company preferred.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with insurance claim processing.
- Knowledge of Tasjeel / Shamil systems.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
