With strong expertise in development, manufacturing, and services, we ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Market Development: Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in international markets for autocare and industrial equipment.</li><li>Client Acquisition &amp; Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and direct clients in key export regions (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.).</li><li>Sales Strategy: Develop and execute export sales plans, pricing strategies, and target achievement frameworks in coordination with management.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Closing: Lead negotiations on commercial terms, logistics, and partnership agreements to ensure sustainable profitability.</li><li>Channel Development: Appoint and manage international distributors, representatives, and import partners.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing dynamics, and customer preferences.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance: Coordinate export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit) processing, and liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Trade Shows &amp; Business Travel: Represent AMEC Technology in trade fairs, and client meetings to strengthen the company&rsquo;s global footprint.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering / International Business / Commerce. MBA or PGDM (Marketing / International Business) preferred.</li><li>Experience: Min. 2 years of relevant experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in industrial or automotive equipment sectors.</li><li>Prior experience in B2B sales of industrial machinery, equipment, or autocare products.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital business communication.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
