We believe the law is not just a profession &mdash; it&rsquo;s the architecture of fairness and protection.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lemon Law Attorney to join our team.This role involves managing a caseload from intake through resolution.Key Responsibilities&middot; Evaluate and manage Lemon Law cases from intake through resolution.&middot; Conduct detailed analysis of repair orders, warranties, and manufacturer communications.&middot; Draft and review demand letters, settlement agreements, discovery responses, and pleadings.&middot; Negotiate aggressively with defense counsel and manufacturers to obtain optimal outcomes.&middot; Prepare for arbitration, mediation, and trial as needed.&middot; Maintain timely, clear communication with clients to ensure exceptional service.&middot; Collaborate with litigation support staff and supervise paralegals in document preparation and case organization.&middot; Stay updated on evolving case law, consumer protection trends, and statutory changes.Qualifications&middot; Active member in good standing with the California Bar.&middot; 2&ndash;5 years of Lemon Law experience &middot; Knowledge of Russian Language is preferredHow to ApplyPlease submit:&middot; Resume&middot; Brief cover letter (describe your most successful negotiation or settlement)Email: tehmina@avagyanlaw.comAvagyan Law Firm is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.
