Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lemon Law Attorney to join our team.

This role involves managing a caseload from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate and manage Lemon Law cases from intake through resolution.

· Conduct detailed analysis of repair orders, warranties, and manufacturer communications.

· Draft and review demand letters, settlement agreements, discovery responses, and pleadings.

· Negotiate aggressively with defense counsel and manufacturers to obtain optimal outcomes.

· Prepare for arbitration, mediation, and trial as needed.

· Maintain timely, clear communication with clients to ensure exceptional service.

· Collaborate with litigation support staff and supervise paralegals in document preparation and case organization.

· Stay updated on evolving case law, consumer protection trends, and statutory changes.

Qualifications

· Active member in good standing with the California Bar.

· 2–5 years of Lemon Law experience

· Knowledge of Russian Language is preferred

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
