Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic criminal defense team. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy skills, exceptional legal research and writing ability, and a strong passion for criminal defense. This position offers significant courtroom experience, client interaction, and the opportunity to grow professionally within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal matters at all stages of litigation.
• Conduct case evaluations, client interviews, and legal research.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other pleadings.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable case resolutions.
• Appear in court for arraignments, motions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with efficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to client advocacy and ethical representation.
• Prior criminal defense or litigation experience is not required.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
