We support lenders, real estate professionals, and consumers across multiple states using modern systems and strong operational controls, including Qualia.We are expanding our in-office escrow team and seeking an experienced Escrow Officer who values precision, communication, and consistency in a professional office environment.Position OverviewThe Escrow Officer is responsible for managing real estate transactions from opening through closing, ensuring compliance with underwriter and state-specific requirements while delivering a smooth closing experience. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Madison Heights office.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Open, manage, and close escrow files from start to finish</li><li>Review title commitments, escrow instructions, and lender requirements</li><li>Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters</li><li>Prepare, balance, and explain settlement statements and Closing Disclosures</li><li>Resolve title and escrow issues prior to closing</li><li>Ensure compliance with transaction-specific and underwriter guidelines</li><li>Disburse escrow funds and complete post-closing tasks</li><li>Maintain accurate file documentation and notes in Qualia</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years experience as an Escrow Officer or Senior Escrow Processor</li><li>Strong understanding of escrow and real estate closing procedures</li><li>National or multi-state escrow/title experience preferred</li><li>Experience with Qualia preferred (not required)</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple files independently</li><li>No Michigan license required for this role</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary range: $58,784&ndash;$65,955, based on experience</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays</li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits (eligible employees)</li><li>Company-provided systems and tools</li><li>Stable, professional in-office work environment</li><li>Growth opportunities as the company expands nationally</li></ul>Why Join America Safe Title<ul><li>In-person collaboration with experienced leadership</li><li>Exposure to national escrow operations</li><li>Strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and process</li><li>Clear expectations and room for advancement</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerAmerica Safe Title, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
