America Safe Title is a growing, nationwide title and escrow company built on accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. We support lenders, real estate professionals, and consumers across multiple states using modern systems and strong operational controls, including Qualia.

We are expanding our in-office escrow team and seeking an experienced Escrow Officer who values precision, communication, and consistency in a professional office environment.

Position Overview

The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing real estate transactions from opening through closing, ensuring compliance with underwriter and state-specific requirements while delivering a smooth closing experience. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Madison Heights office.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, manage, and close escrow files from start to finish
• Review title commitments, escrow instructions, and lender requirements
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters
• Prepare, balance, and explain settlement statements and Closing Disclosures
• Resolve title and escrow issues prior to closing
• Ensure compliance with transaction-specific and underwriter guidelines
• Disburse escrow funds and complete post-closing tasks
• Maintain accurate file documentation and notes in Qualia

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an Escrow Officer or Senior Escrow Processor
• Strong understanding of escrow and real estate closing procedures
• National or multi-state escrow/title experience preferred
• Experience with Qualia preferred (not required)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple files independently
• No Michigan license required for this role
