REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST / REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL / LICENSED TITLE AGENT

Real estate specialists (also known as real estate paralegals, licensed title agents, closing specialists, etc.) collaborate with attorneys, realtors, and lenders to assist clients with purchasing, selling, and/or refinancing real estate.

Allegheny Realty Settlement, LLC is one of the largest real estate settlement companies in northwest Pennsylvania and we are growing. We have ten employees (six of whom are licensed title agents) and offices in Meadville, Conneaut Lake, Titusville, and Erie. We are looking for a real estate specialist to be based out of our Meadville office and assist clients throughout Crawford and the surrounding counties with their real estate transactions.

Experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to multi-task and work independently. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, efficient, detail oriented, and technologically savvy. Excellent interpersonal skills are also necessary as employees not only interact with clients regularly, but also attend marketing events and network with other professionals in the real estate industry.
