We&rsquo;re a fast-growing, adventure-driven manufacturing company that thrives on creativity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for customers &mdash; answering product questions, processing orders, and helping our customers have the best possible experience before and after the sale.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.</li><li>Provide product information, pricing, and technical guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.</li><li>Process orders, returns, and exchanges in our ERP system (Odoo).</li><li>Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing on promotions and customer feedback initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1+ years of experience in customer service or sales (manufacturing or e-commerce experience preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Positive Attitude and Team Player</li><li>Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly (experience with Odoo, Shopify, or similar ERP/CRM systems a plus).</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.</li><li>A genuine desire to help people and deliver an exceptional customer experience.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Adventure-friendly work culture.</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a fast-paced company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
