Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for customers — answering product questions, processing orders, and helping our customers have the best possible experience before and after the sale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and technical guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in our ERP system (Odoo).
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and customer feedback initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales (manufacturing or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive Attitude and Team Player
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly (experience with Odoo, Shopify, or similar ERP/CRM systems a plus).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
  • A genuine desire to help people and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
