Processing of samples for dimensional and/or metallurgical testing as follows:
Forging metallurgical inspection
Forging dimensional inspection
Machining dimensional inspection
Final Audit Inspection (Forging and Machining)</li></ul><ul><li>
Data entry (Final Audit, etc.)</li><li>
Ensure accurate documentation completion as required</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment</li><li>
Effectively communicates with Manufacturing and other departments as required regarding inspection results</li><li>
Effectively communicates within the QA department</li><li>
Assists with G.R&amp;R studies and density maps</li><li>
Provides support to Manufacturing, and other departments as requested.</li><li>
As directed by the Quality Group Leader or Quality Manager</li></ul>
Required Skills and Education
Qualification Requirements<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>

Job Description Summary
Leads the design, testing, installation, and maintenance of large-scale electronic equipment or machinery for use in manufacturing. Applications are complex, requiring cross-disciplinary integration and wide application of concepts.
Job Description:<ul><li>Designs and recommends the control system architecture, products, components, and applications used in manufacturing processes; identifies and resolves system integration and interface issues.</li><li>Evaluates new and emerging manufacturing and control technologies, adapting into specifications as appropriate.</li><li>Confirms control system functionality, including appropriate safety compliance, by designing and/or executing test procedures.</li><li>Prepares and/or reviews electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls drawings; collaborates with related engineering teams to evaluate components, materials, and suppliers.</li><li>Ensures integrity of process and build data collection.</li><li>Provides information to manufacturing, process, and other engineering disciplines by answering questions and requests.</li><li>Keeps equipment operating by performing periodic audits; troubleshooting breakdowns; requesting supplies; defining and reviewing preventive maintenance plans; calling for repairs; and implementing process improvements.</li><li>Manages supplier development and delivery.</li><li>Maintains project documents using approved methodology, tools, and templates.</li><li>Works on multiple, complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Job Description Summary
AAM/Dauch is looking for a Master Scheduler to join our Bluffton, IN team. 
 
As a Master Scheduler, you would be responsible for: managing customer weekly EDI or manual planning and shipping schedules. Analyze and react to customer demand changes and compare demand to contracted capacities. Coordinate with Production to develop a smooth production operations plan by production line. Create supplier forecasts in line with production planning. Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory target levels.
Job Description:<ul><li>
Verify that customer EDI demand processed successfully. Manage and maintain customer manual demand.</li><li>
Responsible for customer cum management and maintenance of customer schedule exceptions.</li><li>
Coordinate weekly with production to develop a smooth production operations plan by production line.</li><li>
Distribute weekly production planning reports to plant management.</li><li>
Confer with trading partners to coordinate production or shipping activities and to help resolve issues that may affect delivery.</li><li>
Revise production schedules when required due to material shortages, past due conditions, or other interruptions, collaborating with management and Production.</li><li>
Generate weekly supplier forecast schedules based upon weekly production operating plan.</li><li>
Create daily production requirements and communicate requirements to management and production team.</li><li>
Monitor production data against daily and weekly build requirements.</li><li>
Compile information, such as production line rates, inventory target levels, and customer information, so that status reports can be completed. Use information to update the production planning process for accuracy.</li><li>
Coordinate and chair weekly scheduling meeting with plant management.</li><li>
Work directly with advanced planning group and monitor and communicate customer demand for new programs.</li><li>
Analyze capacities and constraints.</li><li>
Maintain master data setups for planning accuracy.</li><li>
Monitor PFEP collection plans for accuracy.</li><li>
Create PFEP monthly inventory target calculations and monitor variances to targets.</li><li>
Audit compliance to documented procedures.</li><li>
Responsible to follow safe practices.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Required Skills and Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience and/or certifications.</li><li>
3+ years experience in an automotive/manufacturing customer facing position</li><li>
Experieced in Covisint (or similiar) software.</li></ul>

This role requires the ability to operate a variety of production equipment, including press, furnace, heat treating, coating, saw, and lathe lines, to meet dynamic customer demands. The ideal candidate is a safety-first manufacturing professional committed to delivering high-quality results through efficient, multi-machine operation.
Job Description:<ul><li>
Operate all press room equipment and maintain established run rates and quality standards.</li><li>
Use micrometers (standard, depth, bore), calipers, and gages to perform SPC charting and maintain quality systems.</li><li>
Utilize Plexus software for operations tracking and data entry.</li><li>
Demonstrate a strong understanding of material traceability, including tags and heat numbers.</li><li>
Operate a hi-lo and/or overhead crane in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Strictly adhere to quality systems and follow formal deviations only when directed by supervision or quality technicians.</li><li>
Uphold 5S standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.</li><li>
Actively identify and respond to safety concerns to maintain a zero-injury environment.</li><li>

Required Skills and Education
