This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and sales support skills within a vibrant, fast-paced setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Weekly payroll</li><li>Buildertrend/ construction management software a plus</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately</li><li>Support sales activities by assisting with client communication, order processing, and data entry using tools like QuickBooks and Google Workspace</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic documents and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval</li><li>Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts with attention to detail</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff using Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Provide general administrative support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting customer service efforts</li><li>Experience</li><li>Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting</li><li>Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs</li><li>Personal assistant or customer support experience is advantageous for providing exceptional service and calendar management</li></ul>Join us to be part of a motivated team where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will make an immediate impact!
