Where ideas and creativity come to life!Successful candidates must have consumer products experience.Those selected for this position will be:<ul><li>Creative visionaries and strategic thinkers</li><li>Resilient: able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving beauty environment</li><li>Passionate about beauty/fashion trends, new products, and digital advertising</li><li>Ability to self-manage projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist cross-functionally across Marketing Team members in an effort to support all projects related to marketing &amp; product development.</li><li>Social Listening and Competitive Research; keeping up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, digital magazines)</li><li>Generate ideas and write creative concepts for new products.</li><li>Work with Brand team to brainstorm product names, write and edit packaging copy that differentiates the brand and product in the market.</li><li>Support PR &amp; Social Media teams with product fulfillment requests &ndash; manage shipment of product samples.</li><li>Assist with project management- routing projects from inception through completion.</li><li>Interact with internal departments to ensure complete deliverables of photography, graphics, sales materials, advertisements, displays and samples.</li><li>Work with Brand team with item set up processes &ndash; submit request forms for item numbers &amp; Bill of Materials.</li><li>Administrative support - undertake admin projects specific to brand needs. Provide additional administrative support on an as-needed basis.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.</li><li>A minimum of one year experience in a professional environment</li><li>Beauty marketing experience preferred.</li><li>Must be forward thinking, extremely organized and have the capacity to juggle a variety of project-oriented tasks</li><li>Experience in product development is a plus</li><li>Excellent project management skills</li><li>Excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proven to be reliable, diligent, self-motivated, and dedicated</li></ul>For consideration, please send your resume.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
