WHO YOU ARE &amp; WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO</b></p>
<p>
You&rsquo;re a data-driven planner who thrives on turning insight into action. We&rsquo;re looking for a Planning and Procurement Manager who can turn seasonal forecasts into detailed, actionable plans. You&rsquo;ll lead procurement and inbound logistics execution, manage vendor relationships and compliance, and optimize inventory levels across annual cycles.</p><br>

This is a cross-functional role critical to ensuring we meet demand with precision and agility &mdash; safeguarding timelines, supporting production and fulfillment, and minimizing seasonal bottlenecks.</p><br>

<p><b>
THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO:</b></p>
<ul><li>
Has 3&ndash;5 years of experience in planning and procurement, ideally in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or with perishable goods (warehouse, retail, grocery, catering, etc.)</li><li>
Understands seasonal capacity planning and how it impacts execution</li><li>
Thrives in process development and continuous improvement</li><li>
Is excited to be the first Planning &amp; Procurement Manager at American Meadows</li><li>
Enjoys cross-functional collaboration</li><li>
Is interested in people leadership (potential for future management)</li><li>
Is comfortable working in an ERP environment (i.e., Acumatica)</li><li>
Can balance long-term planning with fast paced in-season decision making</li></ul>
