IT Support Engineer (On-Site) &ndash; 2 Openings (Tecumseh &amp; Auburn, NE)American PCS is hiring two IT Support Engineers - one based in Tecumseh, NE and one in Auburn, NE. Each role supports a different American PCS partner.This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and becoming a trusted on-site IT resource. You&rsquo;ll work independently day to day, with the support of the broader American PCS engineering team behind you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide on-site IT support for end users</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues</li><li>Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and user accounts</li><li>Support Windows environments and assist with basic server/admin tasks</li><li>Coordinate with the American PCS team for escalations and projects</li><li>Build strong, professional relationships with users and leadership</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of IT support or desktop support experience</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills</li><li>Customer-focused and dependable</li><li>Ability to work independently and stay organized</li><li>Experience with Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware support</li></ul>About American PCS We work alongside our clients as an extension of their team - supporting day-to-day needs while helping them plan ahead.
