IT Support Engineer - Placement

IT Support Engineer (On-Site) – 2 Openings (Tecumseh & Auburn, NE)

American PCS is hiring two IT Support Engineers - one based in Tecumseh, NE and one in Auburn, NE. Each role supports a different American PCS partner.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and becoming a trusted on-site IT resource. You’ll work independently day to day, with the support of the broader American PCS engineering team behind you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site IT support for end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and user accounts
• Support Windows environments and assist with basic server/admin tasks
• Coordinate with the American PCS team for escalations and projects
• Build strong, professional relationships with users and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of IT support or desktop support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Customer-focused and dependable
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Experience with Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware support

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
