Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on accounting Manager to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who can balance bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance while also supporting the business with practical financial insights.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations</li><li>Track cash flow, budgets and expenses</li><li>Provide financial reports to support business decisions</li></ul>Experience The ideal candidate should have:<ul><li>A degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience with relevant</li><li>3-5 years of accounting experience (small business a plus)</li><li>Proficiency in Sage</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a small team environment</li><li>Salary: Negotiable based on experience</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
