Accounting Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on accounting Manager to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who can balance bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance while also supporting the business with practical financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
• Track cash flow, budgets and expenses
• Provide financial reports to support business decisions

Experience
The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience with relevant
• 3-5 years of accounting experience (small business a plus)
• Proficiency in Sage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
