 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Epic Clin Doc Analyst will support the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities in ongoing maintenance, build, and optimization of the Epic EHR system. This role participates in a weekly
 
 after-hours on-call rotation
 
 with other Clin Doc analysts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide application support and build for Epic Clin Doc, including nursing, therapies (PT/OT/SLP/Rehab), behavioral health, and long-term care workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with clinical end users to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement enhancements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform system testing, validation, and support for upgrades, changes, and go-live events
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with Epic training and at-the-elbow support for clinical documentation users
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues submitted via ServiceNow
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and State documentation standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with other Epic module teams (Orders, HIM, Identity, etc.) to support integrated workflows
 </li>
