<div>Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop channel. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, takes ownership of their work, and can independently manage multiple aspects of our TikTok Shop presence from product setup to livestream execution.
Primary Responsibilities
Product &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>
Set up new products in TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and categorization</li><li>
Maintain pricing accuracy across all listings, implementing promotional pricing and monitoring competitor pricing strategies</li><li>
Manage real-time inventory levels, updating on-hand quantities to prevent overselling and maintain customer satisfaction</li><li>
Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure data accuracy and compliance with TikTok Shop policies</li></ul>
Livestream Operations<ul><li>
Plan, coordinate, and execute livestream sessions, including scheduling and technical setup</li><li>
Prepare product showcases, talking points, and promotional offers for livestream events</li><li>
Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure seamless viewer experience</li></ul>
Creator &amp; Content Management<ul><li>
Organize and maintain inventory of product samples designated for creator partnerships</li><li>
Coordinate sample shipments to creators, tracking delivery and managing returns</li><li>
Curate and organize product images, videos, and marketing assets for creator use</li><li>
Maintain a digital library of approved content and brand guidelines for creator reference</li></ul>
Performance &amp; Optimization<ul><li>
Monitor shop performance metrics including views, conversion rates, and sales velocity</li><li>
Stay current on TikTok Shop best practices, algorithm changes, and platform updates</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining accuracy in data-heavy environments</li><li>
Strong sense of accountability and ownership over assigned responsibilities</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and solving problems</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms and tools</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or digital retail</li><li>
Background in sales or business development with understanding of sales metrics and customer behavior</li><li>
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or influencer marketing</li><li>
Experience with livestream selling or video content creation</li><li>
Knowledge of inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms</li></ul>
