TikTok Shop Operations Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop channel. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, takes ownership of their work, and can independently manage multiple aspects of our TikTok Shop presence from product setup to livestream execution.

Primary Responsibilities

Product & Inventory Management

• Set up new products in TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and categorization
• Maintain pricing accuracy across all listings, implementing promotional pricing and monitoring competitor pricing strategies
• Manage real-time inventory levels, updating on-hand quantities to prevent overselling and maintain customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure data accuracy and compliance with TikTok Shop policies

Livestream Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and execute livestream sessions, including scheduling and technical setup
• Prepare product showcases, talking points, and promotional offers for livestream events
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure seamless viewer experience

Creator & Content Management

• Organize and maintain inventory of product samples designated for creator partnerships
• Coordinate sample shipments to creators, tracking delivery and managing returns
• Curate and organize product images, videos, and marketing assets for creator use
• Maintain a digital library of approved content and brand guidelines for creator reference

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor shop performance metrics including views, conversion rates, and sales velocity
• Stay current on TikTok Shop best practices, algorithm changes, and platform updates

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining accuracy in data-heavy environments
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over assigned responsibilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and solving problems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or digital retail
• Background in sales or business development with understanding of sales metrics and customer behavior
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or influencer marketing
• Experience with livestream selling or video content creation
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms

Work Environment
