We are recruiting for a Senior Risk Management/Loss Control Consultant or Safety Professional to join our team. This is a field-based position that will sit remotely in the Raleigh/Durham ideally or in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC areas.
Position Summary:
Conducts insurance risk management surveys on a range of moderate to complex risks, aiming to enhance policyholder risk profiles by identifying and mitigating safety hazards. Actively contributes to the development and support of technical expertise. Drives the promotion, marketing, and advancement of Company initiatives, focusing on profitable growth. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute risk management consultations at policyholders&rsquo; premises and develop risk management programs recommendations based on observations.</li><li>

Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in risk management or a related field with advanced certification/designation (CSP, ARM, CRM, CIC, CPCU) preferred.</li><li>
5 or more years of experience in safety, risk management or related industry.</li><li>
High acumen with business computer applications including MS Office products and other industry platforms. This includes virtual meeting and conferencing applications.</li><li>

We are recruiting for an Agency Service Representative to join our Team. This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in the local office and 2 from home.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Supports Underwriting/Programs by processing a variety of routine to complex transactions related to multi-line, multi-state new business and renewal activities within established production capacity. Ensures all related support activities are delivered in a manner consistent with company procedures, service standards and priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Screen transactions to determine authority and process and/or refer to underwriter per established guidelines.</li><li>
Gather a wide variety of rating elements from applications/UW instructions/WC rating bureaus/NCCI/Prometrix/Reference Connect and company guidance to rate new or renewal business.</li><li>
Input information and rating elements into the policy rating system with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>
Review output to ensure proper rating elements were applied.</li><li>
Maintain rating documentation using paperless policy environment per established guidelines.</li><li>
Research and resolve routine to complex issues for Credit, Claims and Premium Audit</li><li>
Assist new underwriter/staff with guidance on rating/workflow/support topics</li><li>
Respond to inquiries from our agency partners and various regulatory organizations</li><li>
Provide endorsement quotes on demand</li><li>
Process declinations/cancellations/reinstatement/non-renewals in the policy system</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
1 year of business or customer service experience.</li><li>
Commercial insurance industry experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong Analytical Thinking skills required</li><li>
Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.</li><li>
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers.</li><li>
Demonstrated strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.</li></ul>
