 We are looking for a Software Engineer with development experience in Java, Spring Boot framework, development of REST APIs, PostgreSQL (RDBMS) and strong Unit testing skills.

   Develop and maintain Java-based microservices and applications.

   Developing REST APIs using the Springboot Framework
  </li>

   Work with Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrate proficiency with RDBMS systems (PostgreSQL), creating data models, indexing, and writing optimal queries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrate proficiency in event oriented architecture, working knowledge of Kafka or similar technologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in version control systems, particularly GitHub.
  </li>
  <li>
   Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize cloud-based applications.

   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  </li>
  <li>
   3-5 years of related expereince
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven skills in implementing unit testing (JUnit)
  </li>
  <li>
   Working with IoT datasets using frameworks like Kafka
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding of addressing cybersecurity OWASP best practices in software applications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with data transport formats like Google Protobuf, Avro, Docker, Kubernetes and familiarity with DevOps methodologies.

Execute business and brand-level eCommerce rollouts and optimizations across staging and production environments.<br>

Optimize product presence including new item setup, item maintenance, rich content input, and content health assessments.<br>

Manage merchandising, pricing, promotions, and sales analysis to support growth.<br>
<br>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to activate catalogs, grow accounts, and ensure team alignment.<br>

Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer shopping journey, aiming to increase site conversion rates and repeat visits.<br>

Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports with actionable insights on product and sales performance.<br>

Implement ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for webstores, including ticket submission, testing, and regression testing across environments.</div>

Requirements For Consideration</b></div>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher from an accredited institution.<br>

Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or merchandising; experience in manufacturing preferred.<br>

Proficiency with SAP Commerce Cloud and BigCommerce platforms is a strong plus.<br>
<br>
Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large volumes of product data.<br>
<br>
Experience in e-commerce analytics with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven decisions.<br>
<br>
Proven ability to track, manage, and enhance the online customer experience.<br>
<br>
In-depth knowledge of GA4 and SEO best practices.<br>

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with project management capabilities.<br>

This includes managing a team of AR specialists, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring, and collecting overdue payments, and handling customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.</div><br>

Operations Management:</div>

</li><li>Analyse AR aging reports and develop strategies to improve collection efforts and reduce outstanding balances.
</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and improve the overall accounts receivable process.
</li><li>Prepare AR reports and provide regular updates to the finance leadership team.</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:</div><br>

<li>Master&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.</li>
<li>14+ years of experience in accounts receivable processes, with at least 7 years in a supervisory role
</li><li>Strong understanding of AR processes and best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and project management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to analyse complex data and make strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Manage and lead a team of 80 to 100.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP S4 Hana</li>
<li>Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.</li>
<li>Prior transition handling experience is desirable.</li></ul><br>
