Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team at a walk-in primary care clinic. The NP will provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care to adult patient population during the morning hours, starting from 9:30am through 01:30pm, up to 4 days per week.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments across various specialties at a primary care level.</li><li>Manage acute and chronic conditions through diagnostic evaluation and medication administration.</li><li>Utilize accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10, CPT).</li><li>Engage in case management activities.</li><li>Support infection control protocols and sterile processing procedures to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Educate patients on health coaching topics including nutrition, family planning, medication adherence, and disease prevention.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Nurse Practitioner license &amp; NP Furnishing license, with current certification to practice independently or under physician's supervision in California;</li><li>Proven experience in a clinical environment, skilled in diagnostic evaluation;</li><li>Professional Liability insurance is required;</li><li>Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred for emergency roles.</li></ul>Pay: $100.00 per hourWork Location: In person
