&middot; Undertake scheduled and breakdown electrical maintenance of engineering equipment&rsquo;s or plant.&middot; Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.&middot; Supervise engineering and technical staff.&middot; Act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.&middot; Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.&middot; Make inspections and assess potential problems&middot; Responsible for supervising electrical technicians, which includes hiring and training new technician team members.&middot; Achieve electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews&middot; Provide electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets; including energy management system for lighting, security gates, and mall conveyor system.&middot; Comply with codes by adhering to requirements; advise senior management on needed actions.&middot; Maintain supplies inventory by checking electrical material stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for electrical material.&middot; Enhance facilities services and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.&middot; Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.&middot; Ensure that equipment&rsquo;s are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities&middot; Help the organization to reduce energy costs&middot; Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services&middot; Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented&middot; Anticipate problems and quickly find solutions to them, evaluate situations and provide prompt solutions to challenges&middot; Ensure quality of technical specifications for spares and sub-contracted work&middot; Provide hand on training to subordinates in order to enhance the work quality&middot; Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business in general and Maintenance DepartmentREQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering- 8 - 10 years of experience in Real Estate- Location (Kuwait)Work Location: In person
