We are a real estate developer and Property &amp; Facility Management company based in Kuwait seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead our Engineering Department and act as Owner&rsquo;s Representative across our project portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will serve as the company&rsquo;s technical authority on all construction and development projects, reporting directly to General Management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage an in-house engineering team (civil, MEP, electrical engineers, and project secretary)</li><li>Act as Owner&rsquo;s Representative across all projects, safeguarding project objectives and quality standards</li><li>Manage projects end-to-end from concept and design through construction completion and handover</li><li>Evaluate, tender, and oversee contractors and supervision consultants</li><li>Review and approve designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications</li><li>Own project budgets &mdash; monitor costs, approve payments, and evaluate variations and claims</li><li>Control project schedules and implement corrective actions when required</li><li>Manage full contract administration (RFIs, correspondence, meeting minutes, reporting)</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and authorities for permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Oversee project closeout, snagging, and final handover to facility management</li><li>Provide clear and regular project status reporting to ownership</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>15+ years of construction project management experience in Kuwait or the GCC</li><li>Strong owner-side / client-side experience is highly preferred</li><li>Proven track record in full project lifecycle delivery (design through handover)</li><li>Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering</li><li>PMP certification is an advantage</li><li>Kuwait Society of Engineers membership required or eligible</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (English &amp; Arabic)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>Strong attention to detail, reporting discipline, and decision-making ability</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package aligned with experience</li><li>Direct reporting to General Management</li><li>Opportunity to build and lead an Engineering Department</li><li>Stable organization with an active project pipeline in Kuwait</li></ul>To ApplySend your CV + a brief note highlighting your relevant owner-side project experience to: monaabbasrafiq@gmail.comKuwait-based candidates will be given preference due to project requirements.Work Location: In person
