Job Description:Responsibilities:1- Reports to assigned Supervisor for receiving work orders, and or carry out pending HVAC maintenance on a daily basis.2- Attend to all HVAC maintenance requests of the tenantas instructed by the coordinator.3- Periodic inspection of the property's main chiller system and identify possible defects, failures and or maintenance issues.4- Install, repair and maintain in-house cooling and heating systems in the property.5- Assist and supervise outside contractors/vendors to ensure that the HVAC maintenance tasks are in accordance to Company&rsquo;s protocols and standards.6- Trouble shoot all HVAC system problems and propose relevant solutions.7- Be a team player and assist other members of the team as deemed necessary and advised by the coordinator.Requirements:Experience at least 5 years in the field of real estate in KuwaitCan join immediately - Local Hirring (In Kuwait) ONLYTransferable Residence 18Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
