Job Description & Requirements Hematology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;On Call Pay Rate: $309.43 - $334.95 This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity: <ul><li>Schedule: Clinical hours 8a-5:30 pm, plus Call. Call rotation every 4th or 5th week. </li><li>Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth</li><li>Types of Cases: Trauma level 3, 36-hour patient care/ambulatory clinic coverage per week, Call-Hospital visits Monday-Friday for new consults, Saturday and/or Sunday for rounding only</li><li>Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days</li><li>Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner</li><li>Certifications Required: Board Certified, Fellowship Required, Basic Life Support certifications (BLS)</li><li>Licensure Required: Indiana State Medical License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure</li></ul> Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
