Job Summary:Amour Home Health is seeking an experienced Administrative / Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a home health agency and possess strong administrative and HR skills. This position supports day-to-day office operations, staff onboarding, credentialing, and compliance activities to ensure smooth agency function and regulatory readiness.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including communication, filing, and scheduling.</li><li>Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff.</li><li>Maintain employee files, credentials, and compliance documentation per ACHC and state standards.</li><li>Track licensure renewals, CPR, TB, and in-service training requirements.</li><li>Prepare and organize documentation for audits, surveys, and internal reviews.</li><li>Support management with correspondence, meeting coordination, and policy updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 years of experience in a Home Health Agency (required).</li><li>Knowledge of ACHC, HIPAA, and Texas home health compliance standards.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kinnser.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $26.55 per hourWork Location: In person
