Job Summary:

Amour Home Health is seeking an experienced Administrative / Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a home health agency and possess strong administrative and HR skills. This position supports day-to-day office operations, staff onboarding, credentialing, and compliance activities to ensure smooth agency function and regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including communication, filing, and scheduling.
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff.
  • Maintain employee files, credentials, and compliance documentation per ACHC and state standards.
  • Track licensure renewals, CPR, TB, and in-service training requirements.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for audits, surveys, and internal reviews.
  • Support management with correspondence, meeting coordination, and policy updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a Home Health Agency (required).
  • Knowledge of ACHC, HIPAA, and Texas home health compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kinnser.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $26.55 per hour
